About the Principal

Our Principal, Frances Panetta has a wealth of experience having been admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court since 1997.
She began her career where she worked in boutique and mid-tier law firms in Sydney which developed her experience in commercial litigation, property, conveyancing, wills and probate, criminal law, construction law, personal injury, professional indemnity matters as well as family law.
Frances’s practice includes Family Law, Wills and Deceased Estates.
Her attention to detail and knowledge of the family law enables her to give her clients expert advice and representation in all aspects of Family Law which includes financial and property settlements, de facto relationships matters, separation and divorce, parenting issues and arrangements for children, child support and spouse maintenance.
Frances has formed a keen understanding of how to approach high conflict circumstances, how to diffuse them and still obtain an advantageous outcome.
She provides clients with a realistic approach and practical advice aimed at an early resolution of their matter and without embarking on a Court determined process.
She is well known for her ability to resolve conflicts and settle matters achieving favourable outcomes for her clients.
Her warm, approachable personality is combined with a no-nonsense, practical attitude.
